So Wrong.

Culture-specific phrases shouldn't be directly translated! It just sounds sooooo wrong (and HI-larious)! What do I mean? Let me give you a few examples:

Origin -------------------------------------> Result
Who's your daddy!? -----------------------> 誰是你的爸爸！？

(or 我是你的誰? according to Stanley Huang)

誰鳥你啊? ---------------------------------> Who bird you?

混水摸魚 ----------------------------------> Touch fish

ESPECIALLY when someone decides to be "cool" and make a music vid out of that! I just have one thing to say, 三點水 (or "3 drops of water or ==").
